As a Swim Coordinator your role involves working as a team leader to drive service excellence and manage day-to-day operations of the Aura Swim Programmes. You will be responsible for the coordination, programming and performance of all pool activity, including management of swim teachers, marketing of the programmes, and management of relationships with local groups and clubs.
Your mission:
Display a commitment to our vision, purpose and values
Undertake and coordinate local and centralized marketing activities to ensure the maximum potential capacity of our various Swim Programmes are achieved
Coordinate all Swim Programmes to maintain its highest standards
Drive service excellence by building and developing strong communications and customer relationships
Maintain strong relationships with schools participating in the Schools Swimming Programme and other local groups and clubs
Administration of all bookings relating to the various Swim Programmes, including credit control
Work with the Operations Manager to recruit, manage, train and develop swim teachers
Attend regular meetings with other Swim Coordinators within the group to maintain effective delivery of all of Aura's swim programmes
Contribute to a strong working team and build team morale
Compile reports and paperwork relating to the swim academy are completed within the necessary timeframe
Be an Aura ambassador and represent the company with a professional approach and attitude
Ensure a fun and inclusive learning environment for people where they can gain a life-saving skill!

Here's what we need from you:
A passion for delivering the best customer service and building positive relationships
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Previous experience in successfully developing similar programmes is an advantage
Results driven with a strong commercial understanding and the ability to meet targets and deadlines
Excellent organisational, time management, planning and administration skills
Level II Swim Teacher Qualification is required
Excellent PC skills and experience of working with Microsoft Packages
A positive attitude and a genuine focus on teamwork
A shared sense of our philosophy - helping people to feel better about themselves
RLSS Lifeguard Qualification is an advantage
Flexible in relation to your hours/days of work
Due to the nature of this role fluent English is required
