Job Description - Technical Support Analyst

KOREC specializes in delivering cutting-edge survey, site positioning, and mapping solutions to the construction, survey, and GIS markets across Ireland and the UK. As industry leaders, we collaborate with global distributors such as Trimble, EagleAg, Wingtra, and more to provide unmatched expertise in GNSS, Total Stations, Laser Scanners, UAVs, and Survey/GIS software solutions.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join us in the permanent role of Technical Support Analyst. This pivotal position involves delivering top-notch training and technical support on our geospatial solutions to KOREC customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive training and technical support to KOREC customers on geospatial solutions.

• Field and office-based role covering all of Ireland.

• Work remotely or from KOREC’s main office in Dublin when not visiting customers.

• Ideally located within approximately a two-hour commute of the Dublin office.

• Knowledge/experience in survey/GIS or construction/civils industry is a plus but not strictly necessary.

• Organized and motivated with strong problem-solving and IT issue-handling skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within the KOREC Technical Support Team and communicate well with customers.

• Full training on all products provided by KOREC.

Requirements

• Qualification in Survey/Mapping or Construction/Civil Engineering field (or similar) is advantageous.

• Driving license required due to travel requirements; a car is provided with the role.
