Job Description - Temporary Benefits Administration Analyst & European Language

The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for benefits administration team within the EMEIA markets on a 3-month temporary basis.

This person needs be:

  • Of high integrity and sound judgment.
  • Someone who can work independently ensure that all items relating to Benefits Administration is managed in a timely manner.
  • Has the ability to escalate issues when necessary and communicate effectively with manager and wider team.
  • Own & support the administration for new & existing Benefits and leaves within EMEA countries.
  • Respond to employee enquiries regarding the administration of benefits.
  • Excellent customer service skills are essential.
  • Collaborate with International Benefits Team
  • Review current processes and identify areas for efficiencies and improvements.
  • Strong adaptability to systems and quick to pick up and process enquires.
  • Reporting on and reconciliation of benefits data.
  • Keep up to date on all changes to the benefits environment in EMEIA, cascading as appropriate.
  • Clear articulation of the impact these changes have on the ways in which the client works.
  • Collaborate effectively with our business partners to ensure optimum solutions are implemented.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience within a Benefits and Compensation role required.
  • Fluent English and another European Language (German, Spanish, French, Italian or Portuguese preferred)
  • System Experience using Excel, Workday and or SAP distinct advantage.
  • Excellent customer service skills are essential.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to quickly develop strong working relationships.
  • A high level of independence required.
  • Critical Thinking and problem-solving skills essential
  • Proven track record of working in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple and competing priorities.
