About You:
Experience Required: You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, call centre, retail sales, or hospitality supervision/management.
Tech-Savvy: Eager to learn new IT, database, and social media skills.
Communication Skills: You possess excellent written and verbal English skills and excel in communication.
Positive Attitude: Your can-do approach and ability to work well in a team set you apart.
Continuous Learner: You’re always looking to expand your knowledge, whether it’s new systems, legislation, or recruitment practices.
