The Opportunity The Glanbia Digital+ Team are looking for a Videographer to join an established internal agency. This is a 12 month fixed term contract and will report the Creative director. This team is dedicated to digital & creative innovation and excellence, working on some of the world’s best known brands across the Glanbia Group. Leading out key global digital projects and programmes and offering services including media buying & strategy, Social media Strategy, digital strategy creative design, website development and UX. The Digital+ team are built to drive growth for Glanbia, we work with the brand teams to support them on Digital & creative strategy Our media buyers develop digital media strategies to hit brand objectives and work closely with the Creative team to ensure that we have the right content for each platform Creative concept and strategic direction are at the core of what we do, we put emphasis on finding the right concept to help direct every project to success We build, manage and maintain large and small scale websites across the group from ecommerce to brochure ware Our team of dedicated Account Managers develop strong relationships with the brand teams and manage each project from brief to completion This flexible, empowered team weave together Enterprise Design Thinking, Lean, UX and Agile methodologies Key elements of the role Direct, plan, create, and edit engaging and impactful videos to meet client briefs. Including concept, storyboard, script, and hands-on production: direct, light, shoot, record audio for both short form and long form videos. Manage and prioritise multiple video projects and be able to shift attention from one task to another when needed and meet deliverable deadlines. Work with the Creative Director and wider creative team to produce content that makes a difference at Glanbia. Operate DSLR cameras, audio devices, Movi rigs and lighting equipment. Create original, compelling content using motion graphics and animations in Adobe After Effects. You’ll will be highly experienced in motion graphics and be capable of creating motion only content when needed. Other animation experience would be desirable. Comfortable working directly with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Brainstorm creative and engage with the rest of our Digital+ team to ensure our video work is on brand and stands out in all campaigns with a focus on social Identify opportunities to optimise or enhance existing video content based on current trends. Stay up to date on digital video trends, equipment, and best practices. Requirement to travel from time to time when needed with most of the travel based in Ireland. The skills you will bring to the team Qualified to Degree or Diploma level or relevant experience Prior experience gained in-house, freelance or in an agency environment Proficient in Adobe Creative CC with expertise in Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop. Strong understanding of creating video for social media & YouTube Previous experience using Canon 1DX, Canon Red, Movi Rig and other relevant hardware preferred Knowledge of video social channels, tiktok, reels, stories etc. Commitment to provide a high quality and professional service Ability to lead & direct a video project team and take responsibility for the completion of tasks Exceptional attention to detail Strong editing skills with in depth knowledge of adobe premiere and after effects Where and how you will work   The opportunity will be based in Citywest, Dublin 24 with hybrid working arrangements available through our which allows you a greater choice in how you work and live, giving you a better work-life balance.
