Cabra Castle is offering an exciting full time opportunity to join our professional wedding coordination team;

As wedding co-coordinator main responsibilities will include:

• Initially meeting with and selling of Cabra castle as a wedding / event venue to wedding couple / event organiser
• Ensure terms and conditions are understood, and deposits taken on time
• To ensure any queries raised in relation to planning and organisation of event /wedding are answered in a timely, professional manner, and any details, expectations noted onto the file
• Use of designated IT software for recording of function information
• To ensure that all aspects of plans and expectations for the wedding /event are clear for operational purposes on the day

Requirements of wedding coordinator

• Well presented / professional attitude
• Good interpersonal / communication skills
• Good organisational skills - logical thinker
• Fluent level of written and spoken English
• Permission to reside and work in Ireland
