What you'll do

As a Business Process Consultant / Senior Business Process Consultant, you'll have a host of responsibilities focused on helping our customers maximize their systems' efficiency and performance:

• Develop and maintain load testing scripts using leading tools like Micro Focus LoadRunner or Tricentis NeoLoad.
• Execute load tests on customer landscapes, evaluating performance and managing delivery scope.
• Collaborate closely with the SAP team to monitor and analyse test results, ensuring the results align with the expected benchmarks.
• Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of load testing processes and methodologies.
• Provide technical expertise and support to the team in optimizing system performance.

What you bring

To thrive in this technical role, we're looking for people with the following skills and experience:

• A solid understanding of web protocols, interfaces, and request handling.
• Experience with Micro Focus LoadRunner, especially in web or SAP GUI protocols. Alternatively, a strong background in C++ will suffice.
• Proficiency in Tricentis NeoLoad or similar load testing tools is required.
• If you have a scripting or development background, it can add value, especially if you lack load testing tool experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential to succeed in this role.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities will help drive collaboration across various teams within our organization.

Meet your team

As part of our SAP Center of Expertise, you'll be joining a team of highly skilled Mobile, UX, and VTO Consultants and Architects. Our team's aim is to guide SAP customers on mobile and user experience technology best practices offered by SAP, while supporting them in thoroughly testing the robustness of their solutions through VTO. Our assignments involve advising customers on optimal performance, configuration, and operation of their SAP Mobile and User Experience products. Moreover, we support the customers in analysing, planning, and executing load testing to ensure the solution meets all the necessary requirements.

In general, our hybrid work setup consists of three days a week in the office or on-site with customers or partners.
