Etsy Ireland is seeking a motivated and adaptable Web Chat Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Work from Home Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to Etsy sellers and buyers through our online chat platform. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via web chat - Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and issue resolution - Provide technical support for the Etsy platform and troubleshoot technical issues - Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business - Collaborate with other team members to share customer feedback and insights - Meet and exceed performance targets for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or sales - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Soft skills in adaptability and time management - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment
