Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

As an Operations Associate at Smurfit Kappa Group, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our company, working remotely from Waterford, Munster, IE. This part-time role at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, resourceful, possess strong communication skills, and excel at conducting research.

Responsibilities: 1. Assisting in the coordination of operational activities, including logistics and supply chain management. 2. Conducting research to support decision-making processes within the operations department. 3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to operations. 4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. 5. Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. 6. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing solutions. 7. Supporting the development and execution of operational strategies.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Excellent research skills. 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
