Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Aylien, a leading technology company in Dublin, is seeking a part-time Online Operations Associate to join our team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of experience who are adaptable, dedicated, detail-oriented, and possess strong critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage online operations, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other teams to implement changes and enhancements to optimize operations - Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise, providing timely solutions - Assist with the development and implementation of new processes to streamline operations - Support the team with any additional tasks as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role - Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
