Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

TikTok Dublin is seeking an Online Operations Associate to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, the Online Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting various online operations activities to ensure the smooth running of our digital platform.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage online content, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and policies - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues related to online operations - Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement in online operations processes - Support the implementation of new features and updates on the platform - Work closely with the operations team to optimize user experience and engagement on the platform - Assist in developing strategies to drive growth and increase user retention - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online operations

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in online operations or a related field - Resilient and hardworking personality traits - Strong persuasion and adaptability skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Knowledge of digital platforms and online operations processes - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
