Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Etsy Ireland is seeking a part-time Online Operations Associate to join our team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic, independence, and reliability. As an Online Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our online operations to ensure the smooth running of our e-commerce platform.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage online sales activities - Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely product listings and updates - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Implement strategic planning to optimize online operations - Assist in negotiating contracts with suppliers and partners - Analyze data to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions and marketing campaigns - Provide support to customers and resolve any online ordering issues - Work closely with the finance team to manage online payments and invoices

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in online operations or a related field - Independent and reliable work ethic - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to think strategically and plan effectively - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
