Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

SilverCloud Health is seeking a part-time Online Operations Associate to join our team in Galway, Ireland. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are independent, driven, and have strong people management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the day-to-day operations of our online platform, ensuring smooth functionality and efficiency - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements - Monitor and analyze user activity and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement - Provide user support and troubleshoot technical issues as needed - Contribute to the development and execution of user engagement strategies - Help with content management and quality assurance processes - Assist in the creation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently - Experience with project management tools is a plus - Understanding of mental health and digital health solutions is an advantage
