Job Description - Accounts Assistant - Part-Time

About the role

At TITAN, we create exceptional experiences. We are an award-winning Marketing & Events Agency specialising in brand activation, event management, marketing communications and corporate wellness.

We are currently expanding and are looking for an Accounts Assistant to process creditors, payments, accounts admin, and to assist in preparation of month-end &year- end accounts.

This is a highly flexible role, offering 30 hours per week.

Hybrid role: 2 days per week in our offices in Clonskeagh, the rest may be worked either at home or in the office as it suits.

Purpose of the position: responsible for ensuring all transactions are posted in a timely and accurate manner, assisting with month-end reporting.

What you will do?

Creditors

·Dealing with incoming invoices & any queries on account

·Reconciliation of accounts

·Input into accounting software

·Maintaining ledger

·Weekly payments

·Digital filing

·Shaping policies & procedures

Debtors

·Monitor debtor payments C invoicing

Bank Reconciliation

Assist month end & year end prep

Project/Profitability Analysis

General ad-hoc tasks & Accounts Admin

Qualifications & Experience

  • Accounting Technician, or similar level qualification preferred

  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a finance function

  • Highly numerate and able to analyse statistical information and interpret financial data

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Organisational and planning skills

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Computer skills in Excel and Accounting Software

  • Knowledge of Bright Books an advantage.
