Job Description - Office Manager Part-Time

We are working with a Private Equity platform in Dublin who are looking to hire an experienced and efficient Office Manager to join its Dublinbased Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations managing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

Efficient daytoday management of the Dublin office tasks will include:

  • General management of office subcontractors and billing arrangements (cleaners water electricity licencing insurance).
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangement for the Team.
  • Booking Team members flights accommodation conference tickets etc.
  • Organizing events such as the annual Investor Day and quarterly Strategy Day including booking hotels and venues dinners locations etc.
  • When requested attending Team meetings and taking detailed accurate minutes.
  • Assisting with new Team members IT and onboarding.
  • General administration and company secretarial tasks.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
