Job Description: As an Online Account Support Representative at Groupon International Limited in Limerick, Munster, IE, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online account holders. Your primary duty will be to assist customers with any questions or issues they may have regarding their accounts, orders, or products. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat to provide prompt and accurate support - Assist customers with account registration, login, and password reset procedures - Investigate and resolve billing inquiries and disputes in a timely manner - Educate customers on Groupon's products, services, and promotions - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Document and track all customer interactions and follow up as needed - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
Requirements: - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Adaptable to changing customer needs and company policies - Strong people management and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent
