Job Description - Online Customer Service Associate


Job Description: As an Online Customer Service Associate at Opening.io, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback, as well as contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, order status updates, and assistance with returns and exchanges - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude and a focus on finding solutions - Process online orders accurately and efficiently - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Resourceful and adaptable with the ability to think on your feet - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and online customer service platforms - Soft skills: adaptability, strategic planning - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
