Part Time Administrator - TUS Moylish

Unijobs are currently recruiting for a Part Time Grade III Administrator on behalf of TUS Limerick based on the Moylish Campus. The contract details consist of 16 hours per week for a duration of 4 weeks , the exact working hours are 17:00 - 21:00 Monday to Thursday. The rate of pay is €15.33, and the initial start date is the 13th of May 2024.

Job Description:

This contract will require the candidate to work Monday to Thursday 17:00pm to 21:00pm in the evenings assisting with gathering data for the HEA (Higher Education Authority) Graduates Outcome Survey

• Providing administrative support with HEA Graduate Outcomes Survey.
• Conducting telephone calls with TUS graduates using a communication script.
• Collect responses, enter data accurately, code calls appropriately and correctly.
• Maintain confidentiality of respondent information.

Requirements:

Essential:

• Have the requisite knowledge, skills and competencies to carry out the role.
• Be capable and competent of fulfilling the role to a high standard.

Desirable:

• Excellent computing skills including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of his/her work.
• Some knowledge of GDPR.
• Good communication skills.
• An ability to relate well to people.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

• Data entry on the Institute's various systems
• The keeping of records and returns.
• Assisting with all administration duties
