Call Center Officer

Job description:

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Call Center Officer to join our team at VMware Ireland in Cork. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, issues, or complaints. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or conduct surveys. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery. 7. Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience using call center software is a plus. 6. Must be innovative and have the ability to manage projects effectively.
