Client Service Representative

Job Description:

3D4Medical is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Service Representative to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a professional and timely manner. 2. Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and provide solutions. 4. Assist with client onboarding and training to ensure successful implementation of our products. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to clients. 6. Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better serve our clients. 7. Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Motivated and energetic personality traits. 3. Strong decision-making skills and emotional intelligence. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
