Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Nova Leah is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time Client Support Officer in Dublin, Ireland. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the healthcare technology industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist in the implementation and onboarding of new clients onto our software platform - Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients as needed - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Continuously strive to improve client satisfaction and retention rates

Requirements: - A passion for customer service and a motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Excellent attention to detail with strong communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems is a plus - Must be located in or willing to commute to Dublin
