Remote Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Tandem HR Solutions is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be dedicated and motivated with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals on a consistent basis - Assist with training new customer support team members as needed

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong critical thinking and strategic planning abilities - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Must have a dedicated workspace with high-speed internet access
