Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Live Chat Assistant to join our team at CRH plc. This is a part-time, remote position based in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat support on our website. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively help customers with their inquiries - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for improvement in the live chat process and provide feedback to management - Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and response times
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Previous experience working remotely is a plus
