Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Slack Technologies Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Online Call Center Officer to join our team based in Dublin, IE. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, possess strong decision-making skills, and excel in conducting research to provide accurate information to customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, issues, or technical support related to our online platform. 2. Respond to customer emails and online chat messages in a timely and professional manner. 3. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all communication for future reference. 4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve more complex issues that may arise. 5. Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 1+ year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 6. Proficiency in using basic computer software and tools.
