Job Description - Online Call Center Specialist

Job Description:


As an Online Call Center Specialist at Zendesk International Ltd, based in Limerick, Munster, IE, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online communication channels. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Handling incoming inquiries and providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries via online chat, email, and social media platforms - Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively - Conducting research to provide customers with relevant information and solutions - Making informed decisions to best assist customers and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilizing Zendesk software and other tools to manage customer interactions and maintain detailed records - Adhering to company policies and procedures to uphold quality standards and compliance regulations


Requirements: - Independent and dedicated individual with strong communication skills - Ability to research and analyze information to make informed decisions - Proficiency in using online communication tools and customer service software - Flexibility to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
