Online Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Boston Scientific Ireland is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Officer to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage and develop relationships with clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information - Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop online campaigns and strategies - Monitor and analyze online client feedback and data to make recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations

Requirements: - Confident and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Creativity and strategic planning ability - Experience working with online client management tools and platforms - Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
