Online Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Intel Ireland is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Associate to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and social media channels - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve the online shopping experience - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions

Requirements: - Resilient and confident personality traits - Excellent communication skills - Strong project management skills - At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
