Job Description:
CitySwift is currently seeking a dedicated and resourceful Online Live Chat Officer to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage online live chat communication with customers to provide immediate support and assistance. 2. Research and gather information to address customer queries accurately and efficiently. 3. Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner to ensure a positive experience. 4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis. 6. Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on various online platforms. 7. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Proficient in online communication tools and systems. 2. Strong research skills to gather information quickly. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Previous experience in customer service or online chat support roles. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues efficiently.
