Remote Social Media Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and resilient Remote Social Media Manager to join our team at Dell Ireland. As a leading global technology company, Dell is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to customers around the world. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media accounts and creating engaging content to promote our brand. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram - Monitor social media trends and analyze customer feedback to optimize campaigns - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate social media efforts with marketing and PR initiatives - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing

Requirements: - Must be passionate about social media and digital marketing - Resilient and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
