Job Description - Support Manager - Work from home


Job Description:


As a Support Manager at Stripe, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote support agents to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. You will work remotely from your home office in Dublin, Dublin, Ireland, on a part-time basis. This role requires a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role at a mid-to-senior level.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and support a team of remote support agents in delivering high-quality customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Monitor team performance metrics and provide coaching and feedback as needed. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address customer service deficiencies. 6. Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure team members are up-to-date on product knowledge and best practices. 7. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.


Requirements: 1. 6 years of experience in a similar role at a mid-to-senior level. 2. Proven track record of successfully managing remote teams. 3. Strong communication and leadership skills. 4. Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic. 5. Negotiation skills and creativity to address complex customer issues. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
