[Remote] Inside B2B Sales / Business Development Representative
Location: Remotely within Midwest, Southern and Eastern states in the US
Salary: $60,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (1st yr ~$12K++)
Benefits: Health Insurance Monthly Stipend Available, 401k, Holidays, PTO
Typical Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week

[Remote] Inside B2B Sales / Business Development Representative Description

Our client, a provider of comprehensive technical documentation and publishing services headquartered near Milwaukee, WI, is seeking an Inside Sales / Business Development Representative to join their team. This role involves direct sales calls to develop new prospects and accounts, using a consultative and analytical approach to meet and exceed sales targets, while working remotely from your home office. Qualified candidates will have at least two (2) years of B2B sales experience in publishing, advertising (print or digital), or manufacturing industry and demonstrate the ability to be a self-starter, motivated in uncovering opportunities from stale accounts and new business leads in the technical publication sector. This is a great opportunity to join small business and make a direct and visible contribution to the growth the business.

• Develop new prospects and accounts through direct sales calls
• Manage and grow sales with existing company accounts
• Analyze customer needs and recommend tailored documentation solutions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities
• Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas

[Remote] Inside B2B Sales / Business Development Representative Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience required
• Experience in publishing, advertising (print or digital), or manufacturing industry required
• 1+ years of remote work experience required
• Cold calling experience required
• Proficiency with CRM software required
