Assistant Officer technical production

• To convert contracted agreements into policies / certificates / endorsements, and to ensure maximum output in minimum timeframe with “nil” margin for errors.
• To uphold the company’s ethics, operating policies and conform with the department work instructions.

Primary Duties Performed:

• Issues Third Party / Comprehensive motor insurance policies.
• Issues certificates of non-payment of compensation.
• Supplements the work of non-recourse.
• Supplements the work of transfer.
• Enters policies of commission offices.
• Types out monthly renewals of comprehensive policies.
• Prepares monthly statistics.
• Issues supporting Gulf policies.
• Comprehensive policy renewals.
• Prepares correspondence (internal and external).
• Prepares insurance quotes.
• Any other tasks as required by the department manager.
