We are looking for a Commercial Team Leader for Bershka!
Summary
The Commercial Team Leader is responsible for maximizing sales through effective analysis and creating a strong image in the stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports the management team with all procedures related to in-store products (ex. RFID).
- Analyzes daily/weekly information, responding accordingly, while also planning commercial calendars by season and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Develops the area annual and seasonal sales budget, monitors compliance with sales targets, and implements action plans accordingly.
- Keeps up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and organizes workshops to improve both sales and the overall mage within the region.
- Oversees area-level stock levels, monitors product rotation, identifies slow sellers/best sellers and collections, and proposes commercial activities to ensure profitability.
- Ensures that lighting, furniture, fixtures, and windows meet established standards and recommends changes when necessary. Manages in-store props and internal mannequins to uphold high image standards that align with the customer profile.
- Collaborates with the team to establish a compelling image that aligns with trends, customer needs and the commercial strategy, by regularly sharing pictures of visual and commercial actions.
- Maintains daily communication and collaboration with the international and supplier's product department, country merchandisers, and heads of departments. Cultivates strong relationships, involving the operations and HR departments, and actively participates in monthly focus meetings.
- Ensures that the floor layout adheres to the brand guidelines and aligns with the commercial and visual strategy adopted and implemented in the region.
- Recruits trains, motivates, and evaluates his/her team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base, and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 6-8 years of experience in Fashion Retail or similar field, out of which 3 years in a managerial role
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Officer
