Job Description - Quantity Surveyor

Provide monitoring/reporting support on the assigned contract in terms of cost, schedule and progress.
Be proactive in finding ways to improve cost to the benefit of the contract budget.
Generate accurate costs and installed rates data for the package manager and project controls group.
Validate cost/schedule control information from the contract for the package manager and project controls group.
Generate equipment and material schedules for the contracts, logistic and material control groups.
Prepare Bills of Quantities and specifications for projects.
Administer the quantity tracking database.
Undertake cost planning, cost analysis, site measurements for progress payments and variations which occur on site.
