Senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Evaluate and troubleshoot equipment performance and mechanical problems.

Assess new technologies and alternative solutions for equipment repair, and make optimal decisions.

Manage equipment repairs, upgrades, and complex installations, utilizing both in-house resources and contractor services.

Actively participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and other technical discussions to identify and address underlying issues.

Provide comprehensive support and oversight to Junior Engineers.

Monitor and ensure timely closure of all payments related to contractor services.

Offer technical support to the maintenance team to enhance preventive maintenance strategies, checks, predictive maintenance strategies, and operation-based maintenance checks.

Participate effectively in Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering (OME) meetings, providing the necessary technical maintenance support.
