Account Executive / Assistance

Construction, Development/Management Company Seeking for Suitable Candidate to Join Us

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain detailed and accurate financial records for the Company, including income, expenses, and transactions.

2. Handle and prepare full set accounts, monthly management accounts, financial year end accounts and generate relevant reports including performing month end closing, bank, debtors and supplier reconciliation in a timely manner.

3. Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances.

4. Process invoices, utility bills, and other expenses related to the Company's operations.

5. Handle and manage overall accounting administrative works in support of other departments which includes collections and payment.

6. Ensure all the accounting records are properly maintained, documented, updated according to the filing system of the Group of Companies.

7. Assist on any ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time and/or required by the management.

Requirements:

1. Able to speak Mandarin

2. Proven experience in accounting, preferably in construction or related areas.

3. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office.
