- Manage all aspects of the office’s space/infrastructure planning (moves, adds, and changes to workstations) and coordinate office renovation project.
- Liaise with facility management vendors and service providers.
- Manage contract and price negotiations with vendors, service providers and building management office.
- Responsible for all part of tenancy agreement / lease contract, from negotiation to sign off.
- Update tenancy details in the property management report, record in a timely manner and ensure that data are accurate
- To support and assist the Admin Manager the overall administrative work and ensure smooth running of daily operation in the office.
- Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.
Job Requirements: -
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role.
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
- Must be a self-starter and driven.
- Willing to travel across region, prefer candidates that possess own transport.
- Applicants must be willing to work in KL Eco City.
