Job Responsibilities:
• Perform general administrative and operations functions such as upkeep facilities and premises, hostel management and housekeeping etc.
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Taking notes and minutes in meetings in MANDARIN language.
• Data entry, documentation, printing & filing duties
• Monitor office supply levels, reorder when appropriate
• Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
• Prepare related reports and ensure all documentations are up to date and filed properly
• Ensure smooth communication with employees, attend and resolve their concerns
• Book travel arrangements
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Provide general support to visitors
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Any other ad-hoc administrative jobs as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
• With a minimum education level of Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in business administrative or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related working experience is required for this position. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Computer literacy is a MUST
• Excellent writing skills
• Able to work independently under pressure and meet deadline
• Detailed with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive and able to meet tight deadline
• Multi-tasking is expected.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and able to work with teamwork spirit.
• Experience in MANDARIN writing skill are preferred.
• Willing to be based in Kudat, Sabah and willing to relocate to any place that company assigned.

• Salary normally consists of Basic + KPI, and is to be determined according to your qualifications and experiences.
