Finance & Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle Full set accounts & accounting function to ensure accuracy in compliance with current accounting practices & principles. 
• Perform profit & loss and balance sheet analysis.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly accounts, management reports, forecasts and good budgetary controls.
• Prepare bank reconciliation & petty cash claims
• Must be able to prepare / maintain SST submission and payments.
• Investigate, reconcile and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Assist in monitoring AP & AR
• Ensure cash book entries up to date day to day and accurate
• Maintain accounting records in Autocount accounting systems.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess with at least Diploma/Degree in Finance and/or Accounting or an equivalent qualifications 
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
• Familiar with Malaysia’s corporate financial reporting and taxation requirements
• Experience in general accounting function with exposure to business requirements
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous.
• Independent, reliable and good team player
• Must be trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of integrity and commitment
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standard, laws and regulations.
