Revenue Audit Clerk

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible of conducting daily revenue auditing in the IPD wards, ICU and HDU on IPD charges to minimize revenue loss and maintaining hospital's good billing reputation.
• Responsible of checking doctors' and IPD ward charge forms filed in patients' charts to ensure proper charging.
• To liaise with ward clerks on relevant documents in ensuring accurate charging and billing are in place.
• To educate and communicate with ward clerks in instilling good charging practices.
• To resolve billing/charging issues effectively.
• To prepare monthly revenue audit report.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by Superior.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS / SPECIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of working experience in billing or revenue audit (preferably in Healthcare Setting).
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate using local languages/dialect ie Mandarin, Hokkien, Tamil, etc would be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
