Penerangan Pekerjaan - Admin Clerk / Admin Executive / Sales Admin Assistant

Requirements: 

* Below 35 years old (Female Chinese preferred)

* Candidates must possess at least a high school certificate, SPM, O-Level, STPM, UEC Senior, Diploma or equivalent

* No work experience required. But with working experience in the related field is an added advantage

* Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia

* Candidate must know how to read and write in English. Knowing how to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage

* Required Skill(s): Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. Excel & Words, email & related software, etc (Basic SQL system is preferred)

* Flexibility and adaptability

* Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload

* Work efficiently with minimal supervision 

* Responsible and fast Learner

* Good attitude & willing to take initiative to learn and committed to work

* Self-motivated, hardworking

* Preferably able to start immediately

Responsibilities / Scopes: 

* Perform and assist in day-to-day administration support including handling calls, data entry, photocopying, scanning, oresponding to emails and preparing documents

* Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors or management from time to time 

* Perform clerical tasks including typing documents, compiling and filing records, answering and making telephone calls, & completing general office tasks

* Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, etc

* Compiling, maintaining, and updating sales related records

* Responsible to prepare quotation, purchase order, delivery order and etc

* Any other matters related to sales and administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time

* Upkeep of stocks and inventory

* File documents in physical and digital records

* Assist management in purchasing raw materials

* To perform of all kinds of office and warehouse administrative tasks

* Salary Package (RM2,000 - RM2,500): Basic Salary RM1500 + Full Attendance Allowance RM500 + Performance Bonus (Average RM1,000 - RM2,000)
