Qualifications & experience

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, for a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in customer service or a related industry, preferably from an MLM background.
  • Fluent in Malay, Chinese, and English.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities in all three languages.
  • Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, pleasant disposition, cheerful and service orientated with leadership qualities.
  • Posses positive working attitude, independent, and able to work in fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other Customer Service software as advantage.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain a customer-oriented culture through relevant customer service strategies and programs.
  • Lead and supervise a customer service team.
  • Set performance goals and provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Monitor customer service interactions in Malay, Chinese and English to maintain quality standards.
  • Handle escalated inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance language skills and customer service techniques.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes.
  • Analyse customer feedback and data identity trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies and industry trends.
