Graphic Designer & E-Commerce Executive

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise content for company's websites, e-commerce platforms, social media pages such as Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok, product brochures, product packaging, eDm and other communication materials. 
• Conduct competitor research, brainstorm new and creative content growth strategies, identify trends and insights, and optimise content and performance based on insights.
• Prepare content for social media platform calendar in synergy with brands' theme and storytelling.
• Assist to update e-commerce sites
• Assist in online orders fulfilment
• Any other adhoc duties assigned by reporting officer

• Able to meet tight deadlines and produce creative work
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design & more)
• Ability to develop, execute and edit photography, gifs, short videos, stickers, stories and reels.
• Comfortable to work with Windows environment.
• Knowledge in photography and video product will be a bonus.
• Knowledge in copywriting is a bonus.
• Don't need to be the best in everything. Just be good in something at least, and be willing to learn the rest.
• Discipline and independence are essential qualities. 

Qualifications

• Related qualifications in graphic designs and video production
• At least 2 years working experience as graphic designer

Working Hours:

5.5 days work week. Alternate Saturdays. Opportunity to work from home from Wednesdays to Saturdays.
