Sales Admin Executive

Job Description :
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries in messaging platform and other e-commerce websites
- Presenting our products and actively follow up to close deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective sales targets
- Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly, working to resolve issues for enhanced customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Update Daily Sales Report
- Building and maintaining good rapport with customers
- Proactively seek feedback to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Managing customer relationships and providing customers with excellent service and support.

Qualification :
* Minimum 1 years of working experience in Sales or Customer Service
* Posses Diploma or Bachelor Degree are an advantages
* Excellent command of the English and Bahasa Malaysia language in writing and speaking.
* This position is based in Petaling Jaya
