Project Coordinator (Construction) | Singapore

• Position: Project Coordinator (Island Wide) 
• Working Location: Woodlands 
• Working Days/Hours: 5.5 Work Week | Mondays to Fridays 8am to 5:15pm AND Saturdays 8am to 12pm 
• Salary (Commensurate with Experience): Up to SGD$3,800 + 13 Month Bonus + Performance Bonus + Allowances
• Transport will be provided to project sites
• Duration: Full Time
• Industry: Construction

Responsibilities:

• Carry out supervisory roles in day-to-day site activities including taking care of workers.
• Ensure all works are carried out within schedule and maintains the required quality.
• Work with Installer to ensure progress is in accordance to schedule.
• To attend Main-con site meetings and work with all parties involved to resolve site issues encountered.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Architecture trade.
• Able to interpret construction drawings.
• Must be able to converse in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking Clients and workers
