- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.

- Assist the Project Manager in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve technical and logistical challenges.

**Requirements:**

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in site supervision and project management in the building/construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
