We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Executive who thrives in consultative sales and enjoys building long-term client partnerships with HR, Learning & Development and Business Leaders.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within corporate and institutional markets
2. Build strong client partnerships with HR, L&D and Business Leaders
3. Drive consultative sales conversations to understand client challenges and recommend tailored learning solutions
4. Prepare customised proposals aligned with organisational goals and workforce needs
5. Attend networking sessions, business events and industry engagements to expand market presence
6. Work closely with facilitators, coaches, programme designers and marketing teams to deliver strong client outcomes
7. Stay updated on industry trends, workforce transformation priorities and opportunities within the HRDC (Malaysia) and regional L&D ecosystems

What We’re Looking For

1. 3 - 5 years of hands-on sales experience and business development expertise
2. Strong engagement and relationship management skills
3. Extensive exposure in solution selling, negotiation, and closing deals
4. Excellent communication and presentation abilities
5. Resourceful, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
6. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and related CRM platforms
