Manufacturing Engineer - Urgent Role

We are an established Company in Plastic Injection Molding, is a subsidiary of FuYu Corporation Limited. Responsibility and Authority:

1. Support and maintain the requirements of the IMS of ISO9001, ISO13485 and ISO14001 systems.
2. Report & responsible to the Operation Manager
3. Assist Production Manager to carry out internal process audit
4. Ensure all new tool testing are operating effectively
5. Generate new tool testing report & SOP
6. Perform CPK reading for all process, testing
7. Provide Engineering support for evaluation & qualification of new equipment new fixture & judy
8. Analyze & provide solutions to production related problem to improve yield, efficiency & quality
9. Ensure timely corrective action taken on any discrepancy toward during process / audit at his area
10. Developing & implement continuous programs to reduce cost, process yield, machine efficiency, good housekeeping, security & safety

    10.   Responsible for Quality & production planned target

    11.   Responsible for proper usage at material used in production area

    12.   Organize and work with Planning department on work orders to ensure meeting sales or     

            production schedules.

1. Ensure full utilization of manpower and machine through proper planning.
2. To perform additional task and when instructed by Supervisor every time with changes as responsibility & needs.
3. Performing other miscellaneous task as required.
