Opening Position: Sales cum Key Account Executive:
• We are seeking a highly motivated talent like you to join our team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing and new client accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, and excellent communication skills. You will assist customers in understanding our training services (team buildings, in-house, webinars, and seminars) and identify selling solutions to fit their needs.
Job Description:
• Identify sales opportunities between existing and new clients.
• Promote and sell our training services (team buildings, in-house, webinars, and seminars).
• Lead Management: to generate and qualify sales lead opportunities to drive profitable sales growth.
• Account Development Plan: to create a specific plan of action for managing portfolio customers.
• Calls and face to face visits to undertake sales presentations and explore new business growth opportunities.
• Addressing client needs with tailored recommendations and ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Comprehensive guidance and training will be provided to ensure your success.
• Collect customer experience, integrate customer feedback, and focus on customer loyalty and build close and long-term customer relationships.
• Through skilful negotiation and influencing skill, achieve monthly sales targets and align customer expectations.
Job Requirement:
• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Min of 1 year of strong Sales /Business Development / Key Account Management / Customer Facing experience in any type of business, with proven track record of achievements
• Proficiency in English is required (Mandarin & Malay will be added advantage).
• Possess own transport, willing to travel.
• Willing to learn, positive attitude, energetic approach, self-motivated, love challenges.
• Strong business acumen, selling sense, creativity, and common sense.
• Strong communication, time management and persuasive skills at all levels of the business.
• Being independent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision. The candidate will need to strategies, plan, and execute sales activities to meet and exceed the targets.
• Manage commercial decisions with these customer accounts in collaboration with the Head of Department.
