Marketing & Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, increase market share, and maximize revenue growth.
Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of productivity and motivation.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape, and utilize insights to tailor marketing campaigns and product offerings effectively.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, finance, and operations teams to align sales and marketing efforts with product launches, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
Monitor sales and marketing performance metrics, track budgets, and prepare regular reports for senior management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to optimize results.

Job Requirements

Fluency in terms of speaking and writing: English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus;
Experience in related industry (plastic, furniture etc.) is advantageous;
Analytical skills to interpret market trends and make strategic decisions;
Able to make decisions, solve problems and work with all levels;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Willing to travel.
